The Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee laid foundation stone for Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose AIIMS Complex, Bhubaneshwar in Orissa on July 15, 2003 (Tuesday). The Prime Minister also dedicated the Institute of Life Sciences to the nation.
