The Union Cabinet today gave its approval for introducing the Bills in Parliament for amending articles 244 & 332 and the Sixth Schedule of the Constitution for creating an autonomous self governing Council called Gorkha Hill Council, Darjeeling (GHC) in the State of West Bengal under the Sixth Schedule.
