| HSCC Pays 125% Dividend |
Shareholders of HSCC (India) Ltd., during their 29th Annual General Meeting held on 26.09.2012, have declared dividend of Rs. 3,00,02,250 for the financial year 2011-12.
A cheque of Rs. 3,00,02,250 towards dividend for the year 2011-12 was handed over to Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad, Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare by Shri Gyanesh Pandey, CMD, HSCC in the presence of Shri P. K. Pradhan, Secretary and other senior Officials of HFW including shareholders and officials of HSCC.
