The Home Minister has strongly
condemned the attempt by militants to attack the RSS headquarters in Nagpur
this morning. In a statement from Singapore, where he is currently on an
official visit, Shri Shivraj Patil expressed relief that the bid was foiled by
alert security personnel. He said that militants have been trying to disturb
peace and communal harmony in the country and expressed the Government’s
determination to defeat such designs.
