G.K.Pillai leaving for Kathmandu tomorrow for Home Secretary level talks

The Union Home Secretary, Shri G.K.Pillai is leaving for Kathmandu tomorrow for Home Secretary level talks between India and Nepal. The talks will be held on the 6th and 7th of this month. Dr. Govind Prasad Kusum, Home Secretary of Nepal will lead his country’s delegation at the talks. The two sides will discuss issues of bilateral concern relating to security and border management. During his visit, the Home Secretary is likely to call on the Prime Minister and Home Minister of Nepal. The last Home Secretary level talks between the two countries were held on 31st October and 1st November, 2008 in New Delhi. ***** OK/KS
