Hydro Electric Power Projects in Kerala

LOK SABHA               In the beginning of the 11th Plan, the Planning Commission approved a hydro capacity addition of 15627 MW including the State of Kerala during the 11th Plan period, comprising of 8,654 MW in Central Sector, 3,482 MW in State Sector and 3,491 MW in Private Sector.   In the State of Kerala, the following two Nos. of hydro electric projects (HEPs) are under construction:-   Sl.
